This timeless landscape complements the craftsmanship of a custom-built home.
The Vision
The homeowners had purchased a gorgeous plot of land and had begun building a custom-designed home on it. But they needed a custom landscape to complement the beauty of their new home.
The Design
With so much space to work with, the Abingdon Heights team took great joy in creating a landscape that would invite the homeowners outdoors — and do so in timeless fashion.
Detail and craftsmanship are evident throughout the project and enhance the craftsmanship of the home.
A jet-black flagstone walkway through the lush front garden matches the flagstone already used on the front and back porches. Bright red clay pavers closely match the bricks on the exterior, while a diamond inlay ties the materials together. A back patio extends the outdoor living room, blending the indoors and outdoors seamlessly.
Three massive stepping stones lead from the patio to the expansive backyard, beckoning people to spend their time enjoying the great outdoors! And for a small creative touch, we built a small stone bench with the leftover material — a perfect shaded spot to spend some time reflecting.
Today, the homeowners and their family, friends — and even grandkids — get to enjoy this beautiful landscape around their exceptional custom home.
